The AI Email Lead Processing & CRM Automation system was developed to streamline lead management by eliminating manual email processing. The platform continuously monitors incoming business emails, identifies potential customer enquiries, extracts key business information using AI, validates the extracted data, stores it in a centralized CRM database, and immediately alerts the sales team for timely follow-up.

The system uses Gmail as the primary input source, where new business emails trigger an automated n8n workflow. Email content is cleaned and converted into structured text before being processed by a Large Language Model (Groq) using predefined JSON schemas. Extracted information is validated, stored in a MySQL database, and distributed to internal teams through Telegram notifications for immediate action.

The modular architecture enables additional processing stages, integrations, and AI capabilities to be added without modifying the existing workflow.
